Preparation marks
The request checklist uses local browser storage to remember which items you have ticked. Clearing the checklist or clearing this site’s browser data removes those marks. This local list contains no submitted fault description.
Locally served resources
The interface loads its fonts, images and scripts from this website. It does not install marketing tags, analytics cookies or social-media tracking components.
Working without persistence
If browser storage is unavailable, you can still read the pages and use the enquiry form. Checklist choices may be lost when you reload. A saved server request is unaffected by clearing browser data.
